Extremely fast delivery, came 2 weeks before expected and has nice pieces for a good price. I am only just starting out making jewellery so their site is great, however if I was looking for the absolute highest quality pieces I probably wouldn’t order again as things like the wire which was meant to be gold ended up with the gold peeling and becoming silver on my first attempt of looping the wire. I have yet to test tarnish resistance but overall it is good for the price.

I placed an order for 10 items, but I only received 6 items even though all 10 were shown as “in stock” at checkout.The GRA certificates that came with the moissanite jewelry are either invalid or do not match the items ordered, and I have not yet tested the stones myself.honho offered a solution in store credit, but I explicitly requested a refund to the original payment method, which they refused to provide. Their current offer forces store credit only.To replace the missing items, I would have to place a second order and pay full shipping again — which is unreasonable given the first order’s shipping already paid. Shipping from China should not cost as much as $50 for small jewelry items, and the company even has a “Free Shipping Zone” on their site for many products — indicating lower costs should be possible. Additionally:The quality of the jewelry is questionable. Comparable items from other low-cost international sellers (Temu, AliExpress, etc.) seem of equal or superior quality.Update, they have since refunded me the missing items and provided a shipping voucher for my next order.
