What are the standard custom lead times?
Brass and 925 silver samples normally take 25–30 days, stainless steel samples take 25–35 days, and bulk production takes 35–45 days after sample approval.
How quickly can ready-stock orders ship?
In-stock orders usually ship within three business days after payment confirmation, subject to final quantity and destination.
