OEM / Your design
Bring a finished design
Have CAD, a drawing or a physical sample? We review the dimensions, stone settings and construction, then quote sampling, tooling and production.
HonHo / OEM, ODM & private label
You have a look in mind. We help work out the metal, construction and finish, then make a sample you can review before bulk production.
Bring us a sketch, a reference photo or an existing sample. We manufacture in stainless steel, brass and 925 sterling silver.
Not every detail needs to be settled yet. Tell us what you know and where you need advice.
A starting point that fits your project
Some buyers arrive with finished drawings. Others have an idea and a target price. Both give us a place to begin.

OEM / Your design

ODM / Develop the details
A photo shows the look, but not the weight or thickness. Tell us what you want to keep or change so we can work through those details together.

Private label / Your brand
Discuss a different finish, stone, logo or packaging for a style you like. We confirm which changes are practical and the minimum quantity before you commit.
Material, finish & cost
The same shape can feel different in steel, brass or silver. Tell us your target retail price, preferred weight and how you expect the piece to be worn. We can compare suitable options before you pay for a sample.
A durable base for polished steel or PVD finishes. Construction determines whether casting, CNC machining or assembled components suit the design. Confirm the steel grade and coating specification in the quotation.
Useful for sculpted shapes and detailed settings. Gold electroplating can be specified around your price and wear expectations, with thicker plating and palladium underlayers reviewed where appropriate.
An option when the metal itself is part of your product positioning. Weight, stone setting and your choice of polished silver, rhodium or gold plating all affect the final cost.
Sampling & production
A launch date is easier to plan when the decisions are clear. We work through the specification and sample with you before the bulk order moves ahead.
Share the design, approximate dimensions, quantity, target price and destination market. Flag anything you are unsure about.
Compare the material, construction and finish alongside the quotation. Sample and tooling charges are confirmed before work begins.
Review fit, weight, clasp action, stone security and color. Agree any changes before approving the design for production.
Approve the final quantity, finish, logo and packaging. Production and inspection follow the agreed sample and specification.
Lead times start after the relevant specifications and approvals are confirmed. Tell us your launch date early so the schedule can be reviewed.
What gets checked
A sample should tell you more than whether the piece looks right. We agree the details that matter to your customers and check production against them.
Confirm the metal, color reference, plating structure and thickness. XRF verification and relevant wear tests can be included.
Check dimensions, clasp operation, stone security and visible surfaces against the approved sample.
Review logo position, labels, jewelry cards, pouches or boxes before packing. Share retailer requirements at the quotation stage.
Bulk production normally takes 35–45 days after sample and specification approval. Testing and any market-specific requirements are confirmed for the project.
Before you send a brief
Clear answers on minimums, cost and timing help you compare suppliers on the same basis.
The standard custom MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Special stones, components or packaging may have separate minimums; these are checked before you approve the quotation.
Send a drawing or clear reference photos, approximate dimensions, preferred metal and finish, quantity and destination market. A target price helps us compare practical options. Add your launch date if you have one.
Yes. A sketch, reference photo or physical sample is enough to start a discussion. We will need to confirm dimensions, thickness, construction and any changes you want before the design can be quoted accurately.
Yes. For brass and 925 silver, gold plating can be developed from approximately 0.03 to 2.5 microns, with palladium underlayers reviewed where suitable. Stainless steel PVD uses a different coating structure. The specification and testing are agreed for each design.
Share the date before development starts. Brass and silver samples normally take 25–30 days, stainless steel samples 25–35 days, and bulk production 35–45 days after approval. Allow time for revisions, transit and any additional testing.
Yes. We can review logo engraving or stamping, jewelry cards, pouches, boxes and packing instructions. Send your artwork and preferred logo position; the available space and production method determine what will work.
