Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping is available on all orders over $800 USD.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
