Manufacturing footprint
Our Dongguan and Thailand factories give us more than one production route. Your project team coordinates the specifications, schedule and quality requirements.
Core product development, casting, CNC, polishing, assembly, PVD, electroplating and quality coordination in Chang'an Town.
Additional manufacturing support for qualifying projects and supply-chain planning.
Production, engineering, finishing, quality and customer-support staff working through one coordinated workflow.
Support for wholesalers, retailers, online brands and designers supplying the US, Europe and other regulated markets.
Surface finishing expertise
Color, thickness and the layers beneath the surface all affect how a finish performs. We manage PVD and electroplating in-house, and agree the coating specification around your material, target price and wear requirements.
Quality control laboratory
Checks are planned around the approved design and finish. Depending on the project, we use XRF verification, salt-spray and abrasion tests, dimensional checks, stone-setting inspection and final AQL review.
Tell us your destination market and testing requirements during development so they can be included in the production plan.
Quality and responsible sourcing
Final testing and documentation are agreed project by project so the production route matches the destination market.
Quality-management processes support documented production and continuous improvement.
Responsible-sourcing review covers labor, health and safety, environment and business ethics.
Material, plating and testing routes can be prepared around buyer requirements for regulated markets.
Verification and wear-testing routes are selected according to the approved project specification.
OEM and ODM development
Share a sketch, reference image or finished design. We review the construction, dimensions, material, stones and finish before preparing the sample and confirming the production details.
Brass and 925 silver samples take 25–30 days; stainless steel samples take 25–35 days. Bulk production takes 35–45 days after approval.
