ODM: a direction to develop
Start with the look, product category and target price. We work through design options and practical details with you before moving into samples.
A mix of both
You may have a finished pendant design but still need a clasp, matching earrings or packaging. Tell us which elements are fixed and which are open for development.
CAD and construction
Work Out the Small Details Early
An earring can look right in a drawing and still feel too heavy. A clasp may be easy to hide but difficult to use. We review these details alongside the shape, dimensions and selected material.
Mark the stone sizes, closure, logo position and finish color on your reference. Front, back and side views help us spot questions before sampling, especially for hollow pieces or designs with moving parts.

Approve the Piece You Will Actually Sell
The sample brings together fit, finish and construction. Approved changes become part of the production specification.
01Check the Sample
Review dimensions, comfort, closures and stone placement. Record any revisions against the same drawing so the next sample follows a clear brief.
02Agree the Quality Checks
Confirm the coating specification and any required testing before bulk production. Inspection requirements should match the product and its intended market.
03Confirm the Packed Result
Check the logo, labels and packaging alongside the jewelry. These details belong in the approved order, not in a separate conversation after production.

A Useful Brief Does Not Have to Be Complicated
Send the design or reference, material, key dimensions, quantity per color and your target launch date. Add a target price if you have one; it helps us compare suitable construction and finishing options.
We set out the applicable development, tooling, sampling and production costs before you approve the next stage. If confidentiality matters, ask about an NDA before sharing sensitive files.

Do I need a finished CAD file?
No. An annotated sketch, clear reference images or a physical sample can be a starting point. Include dimensions and explain which features must stay the same.
What is the minimum custom order?
Custom jewelry production starts from 50 pieces per style and color. Separate components and packaging may have their own minimums, which are confirmed in the quotation.
How long do samples and production take?
Brass and 925 silver samples generally take 25–30 days; stainless steel samples take 25–35 days. Bulk production is generally 35–45 days after sample approval and final order confirmation. Revisions or complex tooling can affect the agreed schedule.
Can the same project include plating and packaging?
Yes. Include these in the original brief so the jewelry, logo and packaging can be reviewed together. Explore our custom plating and custom packaging options before choosing the final specification.
