From a product shortlist to a finished collection
You have a customer in mind. Now you need jewelry, branding and packaging that make sense together. HonHo helps retailers and growing brands build private label collections in stainless steel, brass and 925 sterling silver, with the product specification agreed before production.
Choose what needs changing
A private label jewelry supplier should explain which work your collection actually needs. Your starting point affects cost, minimum quantities and timing.
Select suitable jewelry and discuss branded cards, pouches or boxes. Stock availability does not automatically cover logo work or custom packaging; we confirm those separately.
You may want a different finish, chain length or logo tag. Send the product reference and mark each change so we can assess feasibility before quoting.
For a new shape or construction, start with a sketch or reference and a target price. Our OEM and ODM service covers development through sample approval.
Logo and product specification
A logo can look clear in a file and disappear on a tiny clasp. Confirm the marking area, artwork size and orientation on the actual piece. Where space is limited, a separate tag or branded card may be the better choice.
Choose the base metal and finish alongside the design. Ask for the agreed coating specification and any testing needed for your sales market; broad labels such as “waterproof” should never replace product-specific evidence.
Packaging and launch planning
Check the jewelry in its card, pouch or box before approving the order. An insert should hold the piece securely, and the closure should not rub against the surface in transit.
Tell us your selling channel and planned launch date. Packaging quantities, artwork approval and production can follow different schedules. We confirm these together so a finished jewelry batch is not waiting for an undecided box.
A brief we can work from
You do not need a finished brand manual. These three groups of information help us ask the right questions.
Share links or drawings, preferred material and finish, dimensions and any changes. Include the target retail price or buying budget if available.
Send the logo file, preferred placement and packaging idea. Separate essential details from options you are still considering.
List quantities per style and color, destination market and launch date. Ask us to show sampling, tooling, marking and packaging charges separately.
Questions buyers ask
Straight answers to help you prepare the brief.
Custom jewelry production starts from 50 pieces per style and color. Packaging and special components can have separate minimums. For an existing stock selection, we confirm availability and the requirements for any branding work individually.
Brass and 925 sterling silver samples generally take 25–30 days; stainless steel samples take 25–35 days. Bulk production generally takes 35–45 days after sample approval and final order confirmation. Logo revisions, tooling and packaging can affect the agreed schedule.
Yes, we can review a coordinated range across stainless steel, brass and 925 sterling silver. Compare physical finish samples: the same color description can look different across materials and processes. See our jewelry materials guide.
Approve the jewelry specification, finish, logo, packaging and agreed quality checks. Keep the approved sample and written specification as the reference for production and later reorders.
