Good products, but customer service and logistics are slow

My order finally arrived and I really like the jewelry; the designs look just as they did in the photos and the quality feels good, though I will have to see how it wears over time. The purchasing process had a few bumps, starting with my first order being lost and marked as stolen. Customer service was slow to respond, but they did take responsibility and issued a refund, though I would have preferred it going back to my card rather than as store credit. When reordering, some items were out of stock and had to be changed. Additionally, the system would not let me apply my full account credit, requiring me to pay an 18-cent balance with my card. Despite these logistical and payment inconveniences, they ultimately resolved the issues, and I am very happy with the products I received.
