Horrible customer service. Shipping isn’t up to date either and you have no way of knowing where your items are. Customer service just replies and tells you to wait. Or it’s an issue with customs and to wait. Order was placed a month ago and I have no shipping updates since 3/10.Update 4/7/2026My items came a week later 3/30/2026. Although my items came very late and past the expected date, and I don’t like the customer service..the items are beautiful and look just like the pictures. And great quality for the watch bands. I may order again and just expect it to take an extra month on shipping. Wanted to update and change my rating because it’s deserved!
