Timing starts with a confirmed order or approved brief
Ready-stock orders and custom projects do not follow the same schedule. The references below help with early planning, while the confirmed quotation and order record provide the schedule for a specific project.

These are planning references, not unconditional delivery guarantees. Tooling, revisions, testing, material availability, order complexity, holidays and shipping conditions can change the confirmed schedule.
Dispatch time is not delivery time
Dispatch refers to the time needed to verify, prepare and hand an order to the carrier. Transit begins after collection and depends on the destination, service level, customs process and local delivery conditions. A required arrival date should therefore include time for both production or order preparation and carrier transit.
What can affect a custom schedule
- Incomplete drawings, measurements or artwork
- Changes after CAD or sample approval
- New tooling or construction testing
- Special stones, findings, packaging or plating materials
- Agreed XRF, salt-spray or other testing
- Large variant counts or late changes to the quantity split
- Peak production periods and public holidays
How to keep the project moving
- Send one complete brief. Include material, dimensions, finish, stones, quantities, logo, packaging, destination and target date.
- Approve against written details. Record every approved dimension, color and construction point rather than relying on a photo alone.
- Freeze the specification. Changes after approval may require a revised price and schedule.
- Confirm packing and shipping instructions early. Carton marks, labels and documents should not be left until production is complete.
Shipping quotations
The practical shipping option depends on packed weight and volume, destination and requested service. Send the delivery country and postal code when requesting a freight estimate. Duties, taxes, customs charges and delivery terms should be confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed.
Frequently asked questions
Does the three-business-day reference include transit?
No. It is the usual dispatch reference for a confirmed in-stock order. Carrier transit is additional.
Can production start before sample approval?
Bulk production is normally planned after the sample and final specification are approved. Any different arrangement must be stated clearly in the project record.
When is a delivery date confirmed?
We can confirm the production plan after reviewing the complete brief and order. Carrier delivery estimates remain subject to the selected service and destination conditions.
